HISTORY
Pinot grigio found an optimal environment in Friuli thanks to the favourable combination of climate, soil and light. The large family of Pinot, of which Pinot Grigio is a member, has contributed to the prestige of Friulan viticulture and winemaking.

after a soft press we start the first fermentation in stainless steel vats at 16°-18° controlled temperature, then the second fermentation in autoclave to make the wine frizzante
nice aperitif, very refreshing, it could be paired very well with charcuterie and mixed appetizer. Absolutely perfect with Chiken Caesar salad
